Original upcycled collage art created by art therapist, Megan Mitts. Chaos Cats got their start as a therapeutic art activity presented to Art From Anxiety patrons for alternative coping as a way to promote resourcefulness, perspective and the ability to self-soothe while turning trash into treasure.

By repurposing angsty art made in the last year to create this series of cats, a focus that provided great comfort, Megan found an alternative way to support herself through recent loss and grief. These Chaos Cats offer a friendly reminder that even in the chaos, there are things we can do to help ourselves feel better.
