start - Quick intros to decrease anxiety and check in. identifying preferred materials and a need or focus that will support you in the moment. I.E., “I'd like to feel calm; I'm working on boundaries.” megan will present up to 2 therapeutic art activities for you to choose from.
MIDDLE - The art part + option of conversation and/or listening to music.
end - summary of values practiced and learning outcomes from the art part + future considerations to support your ability to make art and feel better on your own.
